The Silver by Mail website ("site") is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. by using the Silver by Mail site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Our Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time; any changes will be announced on the Silver by Mail site. If you do not wish to accept the Terms and Conditions or any updates thereto, you should discontinue the use of the site. If you continue to use the site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the site will be construed as your acceptance and your agreement to be bound by those Terms and Conditions.
To register with Silver by Mail you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.
Return Policy & Instructions
If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us unused within seven days. We will be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for alternative products. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.
Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.
Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.
In order to return goods to us:
- Use the FREEPOST return label located on the despatch note and stick it over your address on the envelope we sent to you.
- Pack the unsuitable items back in their original packaging.
- Please complete the Silver by Mail returns form included with your order and return the package to our freepost address.
- Don't forget to remove the previously used Royal Mail Recorded/Special delivery label from the front of the parcel.
It is not necessary to return goods to us using the Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery service. However, we strongly recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund return/ exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjuction with any other offer including our Sale periods.
Whilst all reasonable care is taken to ensure accuracy of the contents and information on this site, Silver by Mail or anyone associated with Silver by Mail cannot accept any liability for any loss arising out of direct or indirect use of this information. Silver by Mail reserves the right to change the data, references, product specifications, pricing or otherwise amend the contents in full or part at any time without notice.
